This is to inform all the MBA & PGDM II year students that Cologate Palmolive first round of assessment is schedule on 3rd Dec 2012 ,2:00 PM onwards.All students who have applied for the profile must attend the process.

Schedule of process is mention below:1. 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm - Brief talk on Colgate Palmolive and FMCG way of sales.

2. 2:40 pm to 3:00 pm – Written aptitude test

3. 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm – Group discussion Shortlisted students will go through the final process with Colgate Palmolive within 1-2 weeks.

Colgate is looking for fresh MBA graduates with a passion for sales and a drive for action, with good communication and analytical skills and with excellent team commitment and leadership skills.

JOB LOCATION: a)    Uttar Pradesh: Bareilly, Meerut, Varanasi, Lucknow & Kanpur.
b)    Other locations: Delhi, Gurgaon & Chandigarh.

CD Internship Program 
- 3 Months intensive program designed for fresh graduates/post graduates.
 
- Opportunity for the students to earn while they learn CP way of working - About our systems & processes.
 
- CD Interns are not given any sales targets during these the internship period. The only KPI  for them is to learn about our systems & processes, how we operate and do things in a certain way.
 
- CD Interns are assessed on monthly basis followed by a final review at the end of three months.
 
- Based on performance review students are confirmed as CD Trainees and are placed on probation for 6 months. Their performance is again reviewed in the 5th/6th month and then they are confirmed as Customer Development Officer.
