ITC Ltd. is recruiting for sales trainee roles for its FMCG division (which consists of brands such as Aashirvaad, Sunfeast, Fiama Di Wills, Vivel, Tobacco brands etc.) through CATALYST in North India. ITC is looking for fresh MBA graduates with a passion for sales and a drive for action, with good communication and analytical skills and with excellent team commitment and leadership skills. The CTC being offered is Rs 1.54 lacs (+TA/DA+ incentives+ pension+ medical reimbursement) in the first year. Once confirmed, the CTC will move up to Rs 2.8 lacs.
Other criterion for ST position :
1. Graduate in any discipline (excluding B.Tech & B.E) with minimum of 50% marks
2. MBA (Marketing) in 2010 (expected)
3. Preferably no gap years in education.
4. Candidate should be comfortable/ok with a touring job (23-24 days touring a month)
5. Only male candidates.
