Eligibility for HR Trainees:

MBA /PGDBA First year/fresher candidates who are looking for summer internship may apply. Final year BBA/MBA students with specialization in HR/Marketing may apply for FINAL PLACEMENT.

Salary

For FINAL YEAR STUDENTS salary will range from Rs. 2 .5 lacs PA to Rs. 3.00 Lacs PA Depending on the performance in Interview.

Responsibility of HR TRAINEES

• Formulating the strategies for placement of our students passing out from our academy in Lucknow & Noida.

• Interacting with Corporate Companies for making up new clients

• Interacting with BPO Company for feedback of their recruitment process etc.
