OPENING WITH HDFC BANK

THIS IS TO INFORM MBA IV SEM STUDENTS THAT HDFC BANK IS SCHEDULING THEIR INTERVIEWS ON 22MAY2010. FIRST ROUND OF INTERVIEW WILL BE DONE IN THE CAMPUS ONLY & FOR II ROUND SELECTED STUDENT HAS TO GO DELHI.

Job Profile

Require candidates for a leading Pvt Sector bank.

Candidates work as bank employee and are required to source liability products for the bank.

This includes current account and saving account sourcing. Candidates are required to meet customers in the open market and are expected to represent the bank and convince the customer to start a banking relationship through opening an account.

Candidates will get exposure to RBI norms of KYC, Banks sales process, Sales systems, BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.

All candidates are given 2 days training before being assigned job responsibilities.

Candidates get fixed salary and incentive basis the performance.

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have strong convincing skills.

Min qualification - Graduation

Post Graduates and candidates with experience will be given preference.

Recruitment procedure:

Candidates will go through two rounds of interview.

On selection, candidates fill the joining documents and submit along with the photocopies of necessary certificates, ID, address proof.

On completion of joining documents, the same are sent to HR for generation of employee code of the candidate.

Candidate is informed about the employee his employee code post which he starts working.

Growth Prospects:

Candidates can earn promotion and become Team Leader through good performance.

Candidates will also get increments in salary basis recommendation from immediate supervisor as and when deemed fit.

Salary Structure:

Selected candidates will get remuneration of Rs. 8500 - 10,500 /- per month (depends upon candidate) + performance linked incentives

Salary gets credited into the employee's salary account opened with the bank around 7th day of every month for the previous month.

Deserving candidates can be offered higher salary till Rs.13000/-.

Note: All sales officers are strictly prohibited from working unless they get their employee code.

In case any candidate has previously worked with the bank and hides the facts about previous employment, management will take strict action and can result in termination and stoppage of salary of the candidate.
